Housing: an open public-housing ranking and help against eviction for arrears
In Rimini you can apply for public housing at any time: the ranking is open and updated every six months (the deadline for the first 2026 update was 31 March). The city also has a call, open until funds run out, for tenants facing eviction for arrears through no fault of their own. OMI rents and prices are in the data.

Public housing (ERP)
The Comune di Rimini keeps an open ranking for public housing, updated every six months: applications, and additions that raise the score, received by the deadline (for the first 2026 update, 31 March) are included in that update, later ones in the next. You apply online on the sosi@home portal with SPID, by registered mail to the housing and social inclusion office (via D'Azeglio 13) or with the help of staff by appointment. Requirements include stable residence or work in Emilia-Romagna for at least three years and residence or main work in Rimini; an ISEE up to 15,000 euros earns extra points.
Arrears through no fault of the tenant
Through a call issued in May 2026, open until funds run out, the city helps resident tenants with a registered lease who have received an eviction notice for arrears caused by a sudden drop in income, with an ISEE up to 26,000 euros. The grant can clear arrears while keeping the lease, support a postponement agreed with the landlord, or pay the deposit and rent of a new agreed-rent (canone concordato) lease. Applications, handled in order of arrival, go to the housing office by registered mail or PEC.
