Cost of living: passes, parking and free culture

Start Romagna passes are zone-based, on the Mi Muovo card, with Under 26 options and integration with regional rail; the discount for UniBo students is no longer available. Transport

Start Romagna prices tickets and passes by the number of zones crossed. Monthly, annual and Under 26 passes (annual, for those aged 26 or under on the start date) are personal and loaded onto the Mi Muovo card, issued at the Rimini and Riccione ticket offices; holders of a monthly or annual regional rail pass can also use Rimini's buses. The discounted annual pass for University of Bologna students can no longer be requested because the funds are exhausted.

Parking

For drivers, the Comune sells passes for the paid car parks in the Rimini Centro, Marina Centro and Lungomare sectors, without a reserved space, and an annual pass for Marina Centro residents without a garage, valid on the reserved yellow bays and the sector's blue bays; expectant mothers and new parents can apply for the pink-bay parking permit.

Culture

Entry to Palazzo del Fulgor, one of the three venues of the Fellini Museum, is free; in the Cinemino, a 25-seat screening room in the same building, Fellini's films are shown free of charge on Tuesdays from 4 pm.
