Public and social housing

ACER Ravenna (Azienda Casa Emilia-Romagna for the province of Ravenna, viale Farini 26) manages public housing (ERP), with calls for applications, rankings and rules for tenants' transfers, and social housing (ERS) for rent, with an updated call for Ravenna. It publishes the agreements on the canone concordato (regulated rent), offers a social mediation service and, at its tenant desk, explains how to apply for public housing.

Rent contribution

Applications for the contribution towards private-market rent in the Ravenna, Cervia and Russi district are submitted online only, with SPID, CIE or CNS, on the regional platform. The funds come from the Region; the Comune di Ravenna, as managing body, pays the contributions according to the district ranking. The contribution depends on the ratio between annual rent and income (ISR) and covers a share of the rent up to a cap. The CGIL, CISL, UIL and ACLI help fill in the application by appointment.

Students

ER.GO, the regional agency for the right to higher education, manages the San Vitale – San Giovanni student residence, in the historic centre a short walk from the basilica of San Vitale and the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, inaugurated on 25 October 2024 in a building leased for twelve years from the San Vitale parish.
