Daily life: waste with Iren, permits and parking with Infomobility
Waste collection in Parma is run by Iren Ambiente: collection calendars and rules for each municipality are online and in the IrenAmbiente app. ZTL permits, parking and sharing services go through Infomobility, a municipal company with a front office on viale Mentana.

Waste
Iren Ambiente runs waste collection in Parma, Piacenza and 119 other municipalities in the Emilian provinces. Collection rules and calendars for each municipality are on the servizi.irenambiente.it portal; the waste charge (TARI or a pay-as-you-throw tariff, depending on the municipality) has a dedicated page for each municipality. The IrenAmbiente app is available for Android and iOS.
Permits, parking and mobility
Infomobility, a company directed and coordinated by the municipality, issues permits for residents, businesses and other categories, manages paid parking (also through the Tap&Park app) and the bike-sharing, car-sharing and e-scooter services. The front office is at viale Mentana 29/A; ZTL tickets can also be bought online and at participating tobacconists.
