Integrated fares
The Integrated Fare System of the Mobility Area (STIBM), regulated by the Local Public Transport Agency of Milan, Monza e Brianza, Lodi and Pavia, covers Monza's urban services, the intercity lines of the province of Monza e Brianza and regional and suburban trains in the area. Municipalities are grouped into concentric rings around Milan (MI1 to MI9): the fare depends on how many rings a journey crosses and the same ticket is valid on bus, tram, metro and train.
- Municipal bike sharing: pedal bikes run by Dott, picked up and returned at 22 dedicated parking points, using the Dott app.
- Electric sharing: free-floating e-bikes and e-scooters from Dott and Lime.
- Bike stations: covered, enclosed bicycle parking open 24 hours, free of charge, accessed through the Weelo app; the Comune also offers free bike engraving against theft.
- Cars: the centre has a restricted traffic zone with access permits; on-street parking is regulated with blue and yellow bays.
- Planning: the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan was approved by the city council on 3 October 2024.
