Housing: an open ranking for public housing and flood-risk zones
In Forlì applications for public housing can be submitted at any time, online or through partner tax-assistance centres (CAAF), and the open ranking is updated at least every 12 months. Before choosing a home it is worth checking the civil protection plan, which shows the zones most exposed to flood risk.

Public housing (ERP)
The Comune di Forlì lets public housing units under its own regulation: the requirements are in article 4 and in the call for applications. Applications can be submitted at any time, online with SPID, CIE or CNS, or through partner CAAF offices (including ACLI, CAF Italia, CAF UIL, CNA, CAAF CGIL and SERV.E.R. CISL); applicants need an ID document, an ISEE certificate, a residence permit or proof of renewal where relevant, and payment of stamp duty. Valid applications enter an open ranking updated at least every 12 months; those who are assigned a unit must live in it or lose it. The office in charge is the Unità Politiche Abitative at via Oberdan 11.
Where to live: flood risk
The area is crossed by the Montone, Rabbi, Bidente and Tramazzo. The civil protection plan of the Unione dei Comuni della Romagna Forlivese, downloadable from the municipal website, shows the zones most exposed to flood risk and the safe waiting areas: a useful check before renting or buying.
