Housing in San Salvario
In the list of zones of the Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare the district has a zone of its own, B8 «San Salvario», in the central band. EDISU Piemonte, which is based in via Madama Cristina, runs two student facilities here: the CXTURIN Marconi residence in via Belfiore and a flat in corso Raffaello.

Student housing
EDISU Piemonte, the regional agency for the right to study, has its head office at via Madama Cristina 83 and runs two facilities in the district.
The CXTURIN Marconi residence, at via Belfiore 23, has 17 single and 16 double rooms; EDISU describes it as very close to the Politecnico's Architecture site, about two kilometres from the Politecnico and the University, and served by the Marconi metro station and Porta Nuova railway station.
The Madama Cristina flat, at corso Raffaello 20, has two single and two double rooms. Access conditions and calls for applications are published on the EDISU website.
