Appointments with the registry office are booked on the Comune's portal and certificates are produced online through the Servizi Demografici Online. Salerno Pulita collects waste door to door with calendars by zone and type of user, including one in English for holiday accommodation. Salerno Mobilità manages parking and resident permits.

Comune and registry office
The Comune di Salerno's civil registry services are booked on the municipal portal through the «Prenota appuntamento» function; registry certificates are produced online through the Servizi Demografici Online, which give access to one's own registry record. For changes of residence the reference is the Ufficio Anagrafe; the URP (public relations office) handles general enquiries.
Waste
Waste collection is run by Salerno Pulita and organised door to door, with separate calendars by zone (Centre; West; East and Giovi; the nightlife zone; hillside districts) and by type of user, downloadable from its website; there is a calendar in Italian and English for holiday accommodation. The mobile collection and reuse centre stops in different neighbourhoods in turn; the user portal and the app bring together calendars, street cleaning, reports and complaints.
Resident parking
Parking in the areas managed by Salerno Mobilità is paid: residents of the ZPRU zones have a dedicated permit, managed by the company, which publishes renewal information on its website.
