Housing: 2026 rent bonus, online applications only

Renters resident in Pistoia can apply for the 2026 rent bonus from 16 October to 14 November, online only with SPID, CIE or TS-CNS, with an ordinary ISEE of no more than 16,500 euros. Rents and prices are in the data.

2026 rent bonus

The Comune di Pistoia has opened applications for the 2026 rent bonus from 16 October to 14 November. You need residence in Pistoia in the home for which the contribution is requested, a valid lease, an ordinary ISEE of no more than 16,500 euros and an ISE equal to or below 32,724.49 euros. This year only the lease holder (or one of the co-holders) may apply; the contribution cannot be combined with other public housing aid for the same period, which must nonetheless be declared.

How to apply

Applications are made online only through the Sportello Telematico Polifunzionale (Siti tematici, Sportello Telematico, Servizi per l'abitare, "Chiedere il contributo per il sostegno all'Affitto") with SPID, CIE or TS-CNS: paper, PEC or email applications are not accepted. For help the Comune lists a free computer with a smart-card reader at the Biblioteca San Giorgio (book on 0573 371600), the digital facilitation service (0573 505243, Monday-Friday 8-13) and, for general questions, Politiche di Inclusione Sociale (0573 371400).
