The Comune di Pavia gathers registry and civil-status services in one section: change of residence, CIE, online certificates, SPID and counter appointment booking. The civic library is the Biblioteca Bonetta, with a city library system.

Residence and documents
To obtain residence in Pavia, apply to the Registry Office with an identity document, tax code and proof of housing. The registry and civil-status section of the portal also covers the electronic identity card, online registry certificates, identity verification to get SPID, the citizenship oath and an appointment-booking service for counters.
Libraries
The Biblioteca Bonetta is the library of the city and its library system; its site is biblioteche.comune.pavia.it, and the Comune's calendar lists children's workshops (“Crescere sulla Francigena”) and other library events.
Waste and reports
The Comune also publishes the TARI transparency portal for waste management and a reporting service for faults (“Problemi in città”).
