Transport: 14 urban lines with trolleybuses, the aMo agency, a shuttle to Maranello
Modena's urban network has 14 lines, 3 of them trolleybus routes, running from about 6:00 to 20:30 on school weekdays; it is planned by aMo, a public agency of the province and municipalities. Buses and trolleybuses
aMo (Agency for Mobility and Public Transport of Modena) is a joint-stock company wholly owned by the Province and the municipalities of the area: it plans services, runs the tender for their operation, sets the service contract with the operator and owns networks, depots and stops. Timetables and routes are published on setaweb.it, to which aMo refers.
The urban network has 14 two-way lines, 3 of them trolleybus routes, running from about 6:00 to 20:30 on school weekdays.
Station, Maranello and cars
The Enzo Ferrari Museum (via Paolo Ferrari 85) is a few minutes' walk from the railway station, with free parking behind it. A dedicated Ferrari Museums shuttle, bookable online, links it to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, about 20 km away.
From 1 October to 31 March, drivers of older, more polluting vehicles must take into account the anti-smog restrictions in the built-up area bounded by the ring roads: routes to car parks P1-P26 remain accessible.
