Housing: ARCA Sud Salento for public housing, ADISU residences for students

Public housing is run by ARCA Sud Salento, based in Lecce at via S. Trinchese 61/d; the municipality has a section on the procedures for assigning ERP homes. Students have the ADISU residences. From 1 January 2027 the management of the tourist tax changes.

ARCA Sud Salento is a regional public-law body dealing with housing. Its Lecce office is at via S. Trinchese 61/d (phone 0832 446111; toll-free 800 431 302, also used for urgent maintenance). On the site the "Come fare per", "Procedimenti per ufficio" and "Modulistica" sections explain how to proceed; notices include rankings, such as the final one for ERP homes in the municipality of Sogliano Cavour. The Comune di Lecce has a "Casa" section with the procedures for ERP assignments and services for the most vulnerable citizens.

For those renting to tourists

The municipality announces that from 1 January 2027 the tourist tax moves to the PayTourist platform.
