The Comune di Lecce portal gathers ANPR certificates, digital services and a waste-transparency portal with calendars, tariffs and the TARI regulation. Half-yearly revision of the electoral rolls runs from 11 to 20 October 2026.

Offices and certificates
The portal has thematic areas for certificates from the national population registry (ANPR), for certificates and documents, for municipal offices and for digital services, plus an open data portal. For the half-yearly revision of the electoral rolls, from 11 to 20 October 2026 you go to the municipal office.
Waste
The municipality's ARERA Waste Transparency Portal says where to find the service operators, the collection calendar and arrangements, disposal instructions, the separate-collection rate, the TARI regulation, tariffs, payment methods and deadlines, instalments and how to start, change or end a utility account.
