Housing: the Isernia public-housing institute in liquidation and the sale of public homes
Public housing is the remit of the Autonomous Public Housing Institute (IACP) of the Province of Isernia, which is in liquidation and run by a commissioner appointed by the Molise Region. In March 2025 the institute published its programme for selling its public-housing stock, with an application form. Rents and prices are in the data.

The institute
The IACP of the Province of Isernia is in liquidation: the institute's site lists the liquidating commissioners appointed by the Molise regional government, from resolution no. 6 of 13 January 2015 to the appointment of 3 December 2020 (resolution no. 471). The site publishes its official notice board, notices and calls, service charter and the contacts of the tenants' office (Utenza).
Sale of homes
On 24 March 2025 the institute published the programme for selling its public-housing stock, citing the decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of 24 February 2015 on sale procedures.
