Buses and tickets
The Autolinee Toscane S.p.A. (at bus) portal lets you pick your province, Grosseto included, search lines and timetables, consult fares, the purchase guide and points of sale, and buy tickets and passes from the at bus app or the online shop (a my at account is required). Information and complaints go through the "Parla con at" page.
Contactless payment
In Tuscany you can pay with a contactless card on buses and trams (the Tip Tap service). On urban buses one tap on boarding is enough; on extra-urban, fast or mixed-fare buses you tap on boarding and on alighting, otherwise the maximum fare to the terminus is charged. The page does not say which category Grosseto's urban service falls under: check before your first trip.
