Housing: municipal public-housing call with online-only applications
The Comune di Grosseto forms the general ranking for public housing through a call (the latest in 2024), under regional law 2/2019 and the regulation of the Grosseto LODE. Who can apply
The Comune di Grosseto's 2024 ERP call forms the general ranking for the allocation of public housing, applying Tuscan regional law 2/2019 and the regulation approved by the Grosseto LODE; the new ranking replaces those of earlier calls. Italian and EU citizens and legally resident foreigners in the cases provided can apply, with registered residence or stable, main employment in Grosseto.
Economic requirements
The household must have an ISEE of no more than 16,500 euro (a limit updated every two years), movable assets up to 25,000 euro and total assets up to 40,000 euro, no adequate home within 50 km and, with exceptions, no property worth more than 25,000 euro. Owners of a car registered in the last five years above 80 kW or of a boat are also excluded, unless these are business assets.
Application and ranking
Applications are made exclusively online with SPID, CNS or CIE and a 16-euro revenue stamp; people without internet access can get help from three partner tax-assistance centres (CAF). The provisional ranking is adopted within 120 days of the deadline and stays on the notice board for 30 days; within 30 days objections can be filed with the municipal housing commission, then the final ranking is published, valid until the next update. Results are published anonymously under numeric codes and the Comune sends no personal notices.
