Public housing (ERP)
The Comune owns public housing (ERP) units, handled by the Housing Office (Ufficio Casa) of the municipal property department, corso Campano 200. Rents for these homes are calculated under regional regulation no. 2 of 29 December 2023, which bases them on ISEE: the Comune has asked tenants to submit an updated ISEE, warning that otherwise the maximum rent applies.
To get on the rankings, the Comune published the Campania Region's call for entry in the housing-needs register and in the rankings of those entitled to ERP homes for 2026, approved by executive decree no. 430 of 18 December 2025 and published in BURC no. 91 of 29 December 2025.
