Healthcare: ULSS 1 Dolomiti, Belluno Hospital, 116117 and CUP
In Belluno public healthcare is run by ULSS 1 Dolomiti (legal seat at via Feltre 57). Belluno Hospital is at viale Europa 22. The GP can be chosen online with SPID or CIE; 116117 replaces the guardia medica from 8 October 2025; the provincial CUP has a single number.

The Azienda ULSS 1 Dolomiti has its legal seat at via Feltre 57 in Belluno (switchboard 0437 516111). Its hospital network includes Belluno Hospital (viale Europa 22), Feltre, Agordo, Pieve di Cadore and Lamon; the page does not say which have an emergency department. The company's home page links to the regional page on the situation in the emergency departments of the province of Belluno and to the 118 emergency page.
Family doctor
Choosing or changing the family doctor or paediatrician is done online with SPID or CIE on the «Sanità km zero Fascicolo» portal, or by writing to convenzioni.anagrafe@aulss1.veneto.it, or at the district administrative counters. Anyone temporarily living in an ULSS 1 municipality for more than three months fills in a specific form and documents their removal from the doctor of their home ULSS. According to the page, the health card does not automatically enrol you in the health service: the right to care arises after enrolment and the choice of a doctor. Doctors with places available are searched on the Veneto Region portal.
Out-of-hours doctor
In the ULSS 1 area the number 116117 has been active since 8 October 2025 for continuità assistenziale (the former guardia medica); the page gives it as active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In some border areas where calls may fail, the toll-free number 800 311 330 is given.

The CUP has a single provincial number, 04371849900, from landlines and mobiles; private-practice bookings use 0437 1849988. For deaf or blind people there is the address cup.accessibile@aulss1.veneto.it. Urgent visits and screenings are excluded from CUP booking.
