Housing in Crocetta

There is no «Crocetta» zone in the list of the Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare: the data block below refers to the semi-central zone C5 «De Gasperi»; the list also includes C4 «Galileo Ferraris» and C6 «Politecnico». EDISU Piemonte has two small student residences in corso Duca degli Abruzzi and via Sacchi.

OMI zones

The property market observatory (OMI) of the Agenzia delle Entrate has no zone named after the district. The quotations in the data block below are those of the semi-central zone C5 «De Gasperi», which contains the centre of Crocetta; the list of Turin zones also includes C4 «Galileo Ferraris» and C6 «Politecnico». Before comparing prices it is worth checking which zone an address falls in, on the OMI map.

Student housing

In the Politecnico area EDISU Piemonte runs two small residences. The Duca residence, at corso Duca degli Abruzzi 48/E, has two single rooms with a shared bathroom and five doubles; EDISU puts it a seven-minute walk from the Politecnico's main buildings. The Sacchi residence, at via Sacchi 55, has 14 singles and 8 doubles.

Next to the Cittadella Politecnica EDISU also lists the Codegone residence (via Paolo Borsellino 38, 62 singles and 12 doubles) and the Campus Sanpaolo residence (via Caraglio 97, 22 double rooms). Calls for applications and conditions are on the EDISU website.
