Registry matters are handled by Municipalità 5 Arenella-Vomero, with the registry office at via Raffaele Morghen 84; changes of residence are made only online or by certified email (PEC) and identity cards only by appointment. Municipalità and registry office
Vomero belongs, together with Arenella, to Municipalità 5. Its main office is at via Raffaele Morghen 84, where the registry office is; the secondary office is at via Giacinto Gigante 242, home to the civil status office. To find out which municipalità a street belongs to, the city provides a street directory (stradario).
- Change of residence: according to the Municipalità it can only be submitted electronically, by sending the declaration form to the PEC address cambi.residenza@pec.comune.napoli.it or through the online services of the national population register (ANPR).
- Electronic identity card: by appointment only, booked on prenotacie.comune.napoli.it or through the freephone number 800776565.
- Counter opening hours for registry services are published on the Municipalità 5 page and may change.
Waste
ASIA Napoli runs door-to-door collection: waste is separated by type and put outside according to the calendar for your zone, and operators collect it at the door. For Municipalità 5 ASIA publishes specific calendars for the Vomero zones, downloadable from its website; the same site has a tool to find out where each type of waste goes.
