Green space
The Villa Comunale is the quarter's historic park and the main one of Municipalità 1: it began as a royal promenade and has been a public park since 1860.
Health and services
The ASL health district serving residents of Municipalità 1 and Capri moved its administrative seat in June 2022 to via Schipa 9, in the Santa Maria di Loreto Crispi outpatient clinic. Among other things the district handles antenatal and breastfeeding courses, chronic conditions, geriatric care, specialist visits and home care.
Via Leopoldo Rodinò 22 houses the Political Science area library of the Federico II University.
