Housing: public homes through IACP Ragusa and the tourist tax

Public housing

IACP Ragusa has a website with online appointment booking, forms, payments and a "Cantieri e proprietà" (building sites and properties) section. Its 2026 news includes two public-private partnership concessions for the requalification of public housing with PNRR funds and an allocation to requalify 40 homes in the province; a new commissioner is due to take office on 20 April 2026. Office hours were updated by a 2026 notice.

Tourist rentals

Those hosting tourists in Ragusa are subject to the tourist tax, managed by the municipality's Tributi (taxes) service and set per person and per night.
