Housing: ARCA Capitanata and ADISU student residences
Public housing in the province is managed by ARCA Capitanata, the regional housing agency, based in Foggia at via Romolo Caggese 2. For students, ADISU Puglia has four residences in the city (counting the extension of the "Francesco Marcone"), allocated through a competition. OMI rents and prices are in the data.

ARCA Capitanata
ARCA Capitanata (the regional agency for housing) is based at via Romolo Caggese 2 and manages public housing (ERP) in several municipalities of the province, including Foggia. Its website lists properties for rent and information for residents, and it manages the Social Fund contributions provided for by article 33 of regional law 10/2014. It has PNRR-funded works under way to improve the energy efficiency of ERP buildings, including in Foggia.
Student residences
ADISU Puglia allocates residence places through a competition to students meeting merit, income and asset requirements, who state their preferred residences in the scholarship application; the annual "Benefici e servizi" call sets requirements, deadlines and fees. The residences in Foggia are:
- Residenza "Francesco Marcone", via Alfredo Guglielmi 8: 60 beds, plus 22 places in the extension within the same complex.
- Residenza "Marina Mazzei", via Giuseppe Maria Galanti 2/2: 99 places for out-of-town students.
- Residenza "Ex Hotel White House", via Monte Sabotino 24: 65 places for out-of-town students.
