Housing: IACP public housing, Kore residences and the short-let form
Public housing is managed by IACP Enna, which publishes calls and rankings. Kore University has its own residences and an annual call. For non-entrepreneurial short-term tourist lets a new regional form applies from 1 October 2026.

Public housing
The IACP Enna site has sections for housing allocation calls, rankings, forms, regulations, calls for commercial premises and the service charter. The offices receive the public on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and on Monday afternoon from 15:00 to 16:30. Eligibility rules and deadlines are in each call.
University residences
Kore University's site lists residences in hotel-type structures that it owns, with a regulation and a call for the 2026/2027 academic year. The university citadel also has the student house, canteens and services within 500 metres of the departments.
Short-term tourist lets
The municipality has announced that by decree no. 3314 of 1 October 2026 the regional tourism department approved the new form for communications of short-term tourist rentals in non-entrepreneurial form; the form is handled by the Sportello Unico Attività Produttive (one-stop business desk).
