Who runs student housing
ADSU (Azienda per il Diritto agli Studi Universitari di Chieti e Pescara) was established by regional law no. 91 of 6 December 1994 and serves students of the «G. d'Annunzio» University. The Chieti offices are at viale dell'Unità d'Italia 32/a. The «Residenze» page says the offer combines scattered housing in private flats with larger public and private facilities, starting from the 2017/2018 academic year.

- Palazzo Henrici, corso Marrucino 46, Chieti: 2 single-room beds.
- «Campus X» residence, via Papa Giovanni Paolo II 179, Chieti Scalo: 90 double-room beds.
Planned works
In its «Working in progress» section the page reports the conversion, planned from 2020, of the former Caserma Adelchi Pierantoni in Chieti into a residence with 149 beds, admitted to the ranking of the IV call under law 338/2000.
