The municipality is based at piazza Matteotti 1 (switchboard 0831 229111). The portal offers PagoPA payments, online requests, appointment booking with offices and a form to report problems. Booking the electronic ID card goes through the Ministry of the Interior's portal; the "Anagrafe e stato civile" service category includes civil registry certificates.

BrindisiWebGis is the municipality's web map of territorial data. On waste, the municipality's home page links to an "ARERA - Trasparenza rifiuti" page and the Ambiente service category mentions urban hygiene and waste: for calendars and the collection operator check those sections or ask for help through the portal.
