City buses
ASP's urban lines are eight (1, 1/, 2, 2/, 3, 4, 6 and 7), running on weekdays from 6:00 to 20:30 and reinforced at school times; on holidays lines A and B run, and hamlet lines connect the frazioni to the centre. The fleet consists of Euro 6 and fully electric buses, with wheelchair ramps and audio announcements. Timetables are available online and on the AstiSmartBus app; season tickets qualify for the 19% tax deduction and the regional BIP integrated ticketing system applies.
Parking and ZTL
ASP also manages paid parking, payable with the AstiParcheggi and EasyPark apps. The centre has a limited-traffic zone (ZTL) and a moderated-traffic zone (ZTM): passes — for residents or domiciled people, for work, temporary and for people with disabilities — are requested online with SPID or CIE, and application status is tracked in the personal area at pass.comune.asti.it; boundaries and access rules are in the documents published by the municipality.
